You cannot do it all with limited capacity. Do one work at a time to ensure the quality of work is top-notch!
4- Perfectionism is a trap
As a team lead or member chasing perfectionism is not an ideal way!
Set realistic expectations!
5- Avoid gossip
Gossipers at work are dementors taking out your energy!
Stay away from gossipers and backbiting.
