How-to Make Tomato Red Sauce - Maria Goretti

Sauce adds flavour and visual appeal to any dish. If you are wondering on how to transform the fresh, fruity vine ripened tomatoes into a jar full of delicious sauce, Maria Goretti is here to help you in preparing the Yummy red sauce, which tastes really good with Pastas, Pizzas or with any other delicious snack.

Ingredients used in preparing this Red Sauce are :
Tomatoes 4,
1 Red pepper,
Finely Chopped Onions,
Garlic 6,
Pepperoncino Chilli (Chilli Flakes)
Wine 100 ml,
Olive Oil 2 tbsp,
Butter 1 tbsp
Salt,
Chilli Powder,
Pepper Powder
Basil Leaves,
Sour Cream 1 tbsp

How to Make Red Sauce:
Put the tomato in warm water so that its skin can easily be peeled off.
Add finely chopped garlic to the pan containing 2 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tbsp of butter.
Add 1 dry peperoncino and 2 finely chopped onions to it. Sprinkle some pepper powder to it.
Now add finely chopped tomatoes, bell pepper and required amount of salt to it.
Put some chilli powder and 100 ml of rose wine to it to make it spicy and delicious.
Let the mixture thicken and add some basil leaves to it.
To make the sauce more yummy, add 1 tbsp of Sour Cream to it.
