How to Make Strawberry Cobbler

In this video, Ivy shows you how to make a cakey strawberry cobbler. Making this classic southern recipe starts by macerating the strawberries with lemon juice, lemon zest, and sugar. While the strawberries are macerating, mix together the batter using flour, sugar, buttermilk, vanilla extract, and a handful of other ingredients. Once the batter and strawberries have been placed into a dish with melted butter, bake the cobbler in the oven. This cakey summer dessert isn’t too sweet and is bubbling with flavor!
