How To Make Spinach Uttapam ?

Learn to make Quick and Simple naturally green coloured HULK uttapam. Well Harleen likes to gives names to food to feed her kids. Its much easier to feed the kids and sneak in some good nutrients this way.
In this video Harleen mixes spinach with the regular dosa/ uttapam batter and calls it the Hulk Uttapam.

Ingredients

Spinach - 1 cup
Dosa Batter - 1 cup
Cottage Cheese - 1 tbsp (optional)
Onions, finely chopped - 2 tsp
Tomatoes, finely chopped - 2 tbsp
Chopped Carrots - 2 tbsp
Shredded Cheese - 1 tbsp
2 tsp of cooking oil
