How To Make Peppermint Bark

This tutorial is a first in my series "Count Down To Christmas in California!!" How to make peppermint bark! Shaped like gingerbread men!!

You will need the following:
1.Wilton Chocolate Melts
2. White chocolate chips or Wilton white chocolate melts
3. Peppermint extract
4. Peppermint Candy Canes or round candies
5. Vegetable oil if your using regular white chocolate chips
6. Wilton silicon mold
After you have filled the mold you can put in the refrigerator for 30mn. or leave out at room temp. for abut 4hrs. to set.
