Ingredients

2 Cups of self raising flour
1 Cup of sugar
1 Cup of milk
1/2 Cup of oil
2 Eggs
1 Tablespoon of vanilla extract

Glaze

1 Cup of sifted icing sugar
2 Tablespoons of milk
1/2 Teaspoon of strawberry extract
Red food colouring for added colour
