Easy Milo Dalgona Recipe Using Wire Whisk, But you can also use dinner Fork and Electric Mixer.
Milo Dalgona is made of Milo (Chocolate Powdered Milk) , Sugar and All Purpose Cream added with fresh milk and Ice.

Ingredients:
2 Sachet Milo 22grams/sachet
5 tablespoon All purpose cream (chilled)
3 tablespoon Sugar
Fresh Milk
Cube Ice

Note:
Powdered Milk + water can be used as substitute with Fresh milk.
