With your choice of meatball mix, spread the mixture in a thin layer over saltine crackers. After adding a layer of mozzarella cheese and another cracker to complete the mini-sandwich, bake the appetizers in the oven for around ten minutes. They’re cheesy, tender, and great for a crowd!
