In this video I share a recipe on how to make Hasselback Potatoes. I found the original recipe on Pinterest, but changed it up some to work with what I had on hand and thought would taste good.

***In the beginning I show salt and pepper, I forgot to say I added that at the very end once they came out of the oven. I just sprinkled them on top of the potato.
