How to Make Funnel Cake

What do we love about fair season? The food of course! We've put together a recipe for one of our favorite fried fair foods, funnel cake. Here's what you'll need: 3 Eggs 1/4 Cup Sugar 2 Cups Whole Milk 4 Cups All Purpose Flour 1/2 Tsp Salt 2 Tsp Baking Powder Canola Oil Ziplock Bag Large Mixing Bowl Mixing Bowl Whisk Wide High Walled Pan Start by cracking your eggs into a large mixing bowl then pour in your sugar. Whisk thoroughly. Slowly add your milk and whisk in. In a separate bowl add your flower, salt, and baking powder. Mix together then pour about 1/3 of the mix into your large mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth then repeat the process. If the mix is too thick you can add some milk or water to thin it out. Fill your pan with 2 inches of canola oil and heat to around 350 degrees. Take your ziplock bag and fill with 1/2 a cup of your mixture. Force the mix into a corner making a cone shape then cut off the corner about 1/2 inch from the end. Squeeze out our mix CAREFULLY in
