Ingredients:

Shredded Cheese 1/3 cup
Hummus - 1/2 cup
Mixed Herbs - 1 tsp
Stuffed Olives - 4 to 5
Chopped Tomatoes - 1/4 cup
Chopped Onions - 1/4 cup
1/2 cup cream blended with cottage cheese

You can make your own variation by adding your choice of ingredients to the Dip
