In this video, Nicole makes an appetizing recipe for cheese slaw using a pound of Swiss cheese! Using the shredded strands of Swiss as the basis for this slaw, toss the cheese together with green onion, jalapeño, banana pepper, and mayo. The brine of the banana pepper gives it a similar taste to Cole slaw while the fresh flavors of the jalapeño and green onion take it to the next level.
