How To Look Better

I feel like I can help you look better..isn't that what YouTube is all about? So here are a few things I did to change the way I look in 2015. Please share your tips in the comment section OR make a tag Video #HowToLookBetter

1) Look at what's in your makeup
Read the labels, see any of these: animal tested, coal, tar, lead, nickel...put it down

2) Look at your closet
Do you support cheaply made clothes created out of cheap, inhumane labour? Are you throwing things out that you could be revitalizing? Do you really need so much leather or could you cutdown with a few staple pieces that will last you?

3) Look at what's in your food
I watched two important docs over the holiday break GMO, OMG and Hungry for Change - check them out! This year I am cutting back on refined sugar/ wheat, corn-based/ soy-based/ canola-based foods, dairy/ meat unless I know the farm.

4) Look at what you pay attention to online
