How To Label Layers in Paint. net

How to label image layers in Paint.net.
When using multiple layers in Paint.net you will want to label them. If left unlabled, they are just numbers and it will get very confusing when you need to do more work on a single layer or add animation to a layer when using a program like After Effects.
If you plan on sending the image you create to someone else, they will greatly appreciate your labeling.
