How to Install Skin Mod in GTA San Andreas - Tutorial

This tutorial shows you how to install/change/replace any exiting skin in San Andreas with the new one using Alcis IMG editor. Keep in mind that this tutorial is about replacing skins for peds, you cant change CJ (player) model this way unless you have Ped editor.\r
