Description

Open your Word document.

Go to the Insert tab.

Click on Header, and choose any header style you prefer.

Inside the header area, place the cursor where you want the date.

Again, go to the Insert tab → click Date & Time.

A box will open. Look for the Arabic (Saudi Arabia) formats because those contain Hijri dates.

If you do not see Hijri formats:

Change Language to Arabic (Saudi Arabia) and then scroll to find Hijri formats.

Select the Hijri date format you like (for example: 14 Rabi' al-Thani 1446).

Check the box: Update automatically (optional if you want it to change daily).

Click OK.

Your Hijri date will now appear in the header.
