How to Fix 'Running in Software Rendering Mode' in Linux Mint 19.1 Cinnamon on VirtualBox?

Install Virtualbox guest additions:-

Step 1: Click on 'Devices' in menu.

Step 2: Click on 'Insert Guest Additions CD Image'.

Step 3: Click on 'Run', and then provide your Administrative password. Click on Authenticate.

Step 4: After installation, Power off the machine.

Now, we have to enable 3d Acceleration.

Step 1: Click on 'Settings'.

Step 2: Click on 'Display'.

Step 3: Click on Check button beside 'Enable 3D Acceleration'.

Step 4: Click on 'ok' button.

Start your Linux mint and login, you will not see that error.
