How to Extinguish a Battery Fire

Lithium ion batteries explode sometimes. And sometimes, they're in your phone when it happens.
So, how do you put out a battery fire?
According to LifeHacker, make sure the device is unplugged from a power source first.
Then, use your Class A, B & C fire extinguisher (which you should totally have on hand).
Or, drown your phone entirely in seltzer or other sparkling water.
It goes without saying, but your burnt and sodden phone will be toast!
