A little bit of Cajun Spice, a little bit of citrusy zest, and a whole lot of Oaxacan Smokiness, this drink will shake you up and kiss you on the forehead afterwards.

Mezcal Mule:
.75 oz lime uice
.75 oz Ginger Syrup
2 oz Mezcal
.5 oz Demerara Sugar Syrup
Crushed Ice
A few dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
