How To Do Yoga Ujjayi Pranayam
Description
Pranayama Series that focuses on breathing techniques and inspiration for a yoga practice that is focused and fueled by the breath. Ujjayi is a great tool for Hatha Yoga and is used to focus the mind and assist in the snychronicity of movement and breath. Imagine that you are drinking your breath through the nose. You can do this breath during asana practice to bring more oxygen to the body, during meditation to increase mental focus, or anytime during the day that you find your concentration slipping.
