How to Disable Automatic Updates on Windows 10 Permanently?

Step 1: Type 'Services' in Search box.

Step 2: Click to Open it.

Step 3: Now, Find 'Windows Update' Service.

Step 4: Double click on 'Windows Update' to Open it's properties.

Step 5: Click the Box Next to StartUp type, and select 'Disabled'.

Step 6: If Services Status is running, stop it by clicking on Stop button.

Step 7: Click on 'Apply' and 'Ok' button.


Now, Go to your Windows Update and try to update it, you will see an error.
