How to Create Control Panel Shortcut on Desktop in Windows 10?

Method 1:

Step 1: Right click on the desktop, and then click on 'New.' After that, click on 'shortcut.'

Step 2: In location, enter the path below:-

%windir%\system32\control.exe

Step 3: Click on 'Next' button.

Step 4: Type the name that you want for shortcut. for ex- control panel.

Step 5: Click on 'Finish' button.


Method 2:

Step 1: Click on the search box in taskbar, and do a search for 'Control panel.'

Step 2: Right click on 'control panel,' and then click on 'open file location.'

Step 3: Right click on 'control panel,' and then click on 'send to.'

Step 4: Click on 'Desktop (Create shortcut).'
