STIR FRIED MUSHROOMS COMBO
--------------------------------------------------
Ingredients:
---------------
4 big shitake mushrooms
1 pkt Shimeji mushrooms
1 pkt enoki mushrooms
1 tablsp shredded ginger
1 tablsp chopped garlic
1 tablsp shredded carrot

For Sauce
--------------
2 tablsp oyster sauce
1 teasp cornflour
1 teasp shaoxing wine
50 ml water

Method
------------
1. prepare the mushrooms, wet a piece
of paper towel, wipe the shitake mushrooms
on the outside as well as inside. Cut the
roots sections of the shimeji and enoki

2. In a heated wok, fry garlic,ginger and
add carrot, the shitake mushrooms.
Fry for a while the add the shimeji and enoki
mushrooms.

3. Add the sauce and give a few stirs.
Ready to serve.

Delicious to go with rice or bread!
