How To Cook Aloo Mutter Kabab

Description

Ingredients:

250gm potatoes boiled & mashed
150gm green peas
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander leaves
1 green chilli chopped
1 bread slice
Oil for deep fry
Salt to taste

Preparation:
Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl and add peas, red chilli powder, salt, chopped green chillies, coriander leaves and small pieces of bread. Mash well.
Heat the oil.
Make finger long kababs, deep fry till they turn golden brown.
Serve with ketchup or mint chutney.
