How to convert Word Document to PDF

Open Word Document - > Click “Office Icon” -> “SAVE AS” -> Click “PDF or XPS”
A PDF with the same file name is created.
You many not find the “PDF or XPS” option in the menu. Then you have to do one thing.
Go to google.com
Type “save as pdf word”
Click the first link in search result (Microsoft’s link).
Now download the file named “SaveAsPDF.exe”. Install the file in your computer.
After successful installation you will see the “PDF or XPS” in “save as menu”.

Click and your word document will be converted to PDF file.
