How to Compare and Optimize Docs Using Kroolo AI

In this video, we’ll walk you through how to effortlessly compare and optimize documents using Kroolo AI. Whether you're managing projects or fine-tuning documents, Kroolo makes it easy and efficient.

Steps to Compare & Optimize Documents:

Navigate to the Docs Section: Start by heading to the docs section in Kroolo. Here, you can either import an existing document or create a new one from scratch.

Select Your Document: For this guide, we’ll use an existing document. Simply click on the document you want to optimize.

Chat with Kroolo AI: Notice the ‘Chat’ option in the top right corner. Clicking it will open a popup with various templates like making your document longer, shorter, or even regenerating it.

Make Your Document Longer: In this example, we’ll choose to make the document longer. A new comparison window will appear, showing your original document on the left and the AI-generated, enhanced version on the right.

Compare & Choose: After the AI generates the longer version, you can compare both side by side. The AI adds more content to make the document comprehensive. You can choose to replace the existing content, lengthen further, or discard changes.

Save & Optimize: Once satisfied, replace the content with the newly generated version and save your changes. Your document is now optimized and ready to go!
