How to Change the Data Update Speed in Task Manager on Windows 10?

Step 1: Right click on the empty space on the taskbar, and then Click on 'Task Manager.'

Note: If you see the compact view of task manager, click on 'More Details.'

Step 2: Click on 'View' from top menu, and then go to 'Update Speed.'

Step 3: Select from the options: High, normal, Low or paused by clicking on it.
