How to animate using music!

Today we Animate objects, not using keyframes, but using Music in Adobe After Effects.

In this After Effects Tutorial We:
Use built in After Effects Techniques to convert audio to keyframes, we then use those values to manipulate with our objects.

Expression:
"linear (value,[Ref Max],[Ref Min],[Output Max],[Output Min])"
Example: linear (value,500,-500,100,0)
