How PH is battling corruption

Malacañang said the Aquino administration is doing its best to eradicate corruption. This is in response to the SWS survey that showed more than half of business executives see a lot of corruption in government. Secretary to the Cabinet Rene Almendras cited procedural changes like the removal of the special allotment release orders and the cashless purchase card system to reduce chances for corruption.
