1st Answer: Typically about every 3 to 4 months.
I dust my ends which means that I only cut the very ends of my hair.

2nd Answer: If you do not know if you need a trim yet, don't trim!
If you are not sure if something is broken, no need to fix it!

3rd Answer: Cut visible damage such as Heat Damage, Single Strand Knots, and Split Ends.
