How much will we lend?

1. We will use an after repaired value as a starting point to calculate our loan. 2. We subtract the rehab costs off of the after repaired costs which give you the Adjusted After Repaired Value. 3. We will then go up to 70% on a Single, Family, Detached Property on the Adjusted After Repaired Value. 4. If the property is a Condo, Townhome, Twinhome, Rowhome, or Loft we will lend up to 60% of the Adjusted After Repaired Value
