How much to pay for babysitting

This is such an untouched subject! Its very uncomfortable for people to talk about, so Im here to give you MY PERSONAL opinion, and get the conversation started! I babysat from age 11 - 18, was a nanny, mothers helper, and now have 4 kids of my own and use babysitters weekly. The price range I state in the video is our starting BASE, and we tip and bonus from there. Ultimately my opinions are based on experience, research, and trial/error. Please watch the entire video before disagreeing, I do lots of explaining throughout. All I ask is that in the comments you respect other peoples opinions and pay-scales, understanding that different parts of the country have very different costs of living, and that we all have a different way of doing things. Hopefully my methods and insight can help you figure out what works best for you and your family! OH! and please ignore the awkward abrupt ending to the video - my camera battery died and it was dark by the time it charged again, so I failed to do a closing shot. Haha!
