How Does NBA's Format Proposal Impact Celtics? | Garden Report

NBA commissioner Adam Silver is expected to propose a 22-team format for the league to return and finish the 2019-20 season. The plan includes 16 playoff teams, six additional teams and a play-in for the eighth seed in the playoffs. All teams will first play eight regular season games for seeding purposes.
