How Arvind Kejriwal plans to keep his promises?

The glorifying moment of accomplishment is over and now it is time for Delhi CM designate Arvind Kejriwal to keep his promises in Delhi.If reports are to be believed then Kejriwal needs Rs 2000 crore to fulfil his mere 4 promises.To remind you all, he promised to provide subsidy on electricity, free water and Wi-fi and women security.Not to mention that the Delhi treasury is almost empty and in the current financial year, the national capital has gone below expectations. This year, the revenues earned have totalled up to only Rs 33, 894 crore.
