Angle turned by minute hand in one complete rotation = 360°
We can say
Angle turned by minute hand in 60 Minutes = 360°
Angle turned by minute hand in 1 Minute = 6°
Now
Angle turned by hour hand in 60 Minutes = 30°
Angle turned by hour hand in 1 Minute = 1/2°
