Housing blocks getting smaller, as developers flag affordability issue

The outer fringes of Australia's cities are known as places where you can buy a big block of land and build a dream home. But across growth zones, house block sizes are getting smaller. Developers say it's about making homes more affordable but not everyone is convinced.
