Alex Niggemann has been a shining light in the underground house and techno scene for a while now, releasing via an array of well-established labels including Poker Flat, Get Physical, Tsuba and Soma.

The last release by Niggemann on Poker Flat, 'Materium' has been hammered by the likes of Sven Vath, Mano Le Tough and Tale Of Us since its release back in May, meaning that anticipation for his next EP couldn't be higher.

The house and techno maestro heads things up over at AEON and his next track 'Abaton' will drop via the imprint on October 20. The deep and atmospheric cut follows suit from his last EP as it combines sharp, intergalactic synth stabs with grand crescendos and pounding kick drums.
