We LOVE pizza pockets and we want to share our love with our super quick and easy pizza pockets recipe! Here’s what you’ll need: Flour Pepperoni Pizza Crust Mozzarella Cheese Eggs Marinara Sauce Oregano Parmesan Cheese Muffin Tin Preheat your oven to 375. Flour a large surface and roll out some pizza dough. Cut the crust into sixteenths and stretch each piece to fill each muffin slot. Fill with mozzarella, marinara sauce, pepperoni, and parmesan cheese. Fold in the corners to close the pockets then brush with an egg wash the sprinkle with oregano. Bake for 25-27 minutes and enjoy.
