Ingredients for the patty - Boiled Potatoes, soaked Poha (for binding), boiled peas, beans, green chilli, 7-8 cloves of garlic, 1 finely chopped onion, salt as per taste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, amchoor, bread crumbs and semi thick batter of all purpose flour (maida) and water..

Other ingredients - Bun, cheese, lettuce, sliced onion and tomatoes, chipotle south west sauce, red chilly sauce and mayonnaise.
