Homemade Christmas chocolate donuts

Craving some chocolate donuts on Christmas? Here's a recipe, sort of:

1) Mix a heaping teaspoon of coffee with water.
2) Beat sugar, butter and egg yolks, then add the coffee mix and a couple of spoons of Bailey's Irish Creme
3) Add the mixture into white flour, baking powder and cocoa powder to make the batter.
4) Pipe the batter into the donut pan and put it into a pre-heated oven.
5) Heat the chocolate to make the icing.
6) Dip the donuts into the chocolate ganache and put them into the freezer for 15-30 mins.

And voilà! You have a whole pan of chocolate donuts!
