Homelessness remains major problem in Seattle

While homelessness across the United States has fallen ten percent in the last decade, the situation on the west coast is very different with areas such as California and Washington State seeing huge increases in property prices. In Seattle homelessness has increased by almost fifty percent in the last six years, and authorities are struggling to cope.
