Homelands is a once in a lifetime global journey of discovery for a handful of top UK artists - Shakka, Saskilla, Terri Walker and Diztortion - all explore their heritage and culture in this groundbreaking new series.

Episode three of four, exclusively here at GRM, takes Terri Walker back to her Jamaican roots. Terri is a Mercury Music prize and four times MOBO award nominee, singing with the likes 187 Lockdown, Shanks & Bigfoot previously signed to Def Soul.

Terri hooks up with local musical icons Spragga Benz and Winta James (producer of Chronixx and Protege) to unpack the musical influences and experiences from her homeland, and records with Winta in the legendary Tuff Gong Studios - Home of Bob Marley and many more.
