Description
In June, homebuilding initiatives in the United States grew by 6.3% to 1.643 million units, above the Reuters forecast of 1.590 million units. Although the figure may have been higher, lumber costs are still expensive compared to the national average. As real estate crowdfunding as an alternative investment increases, the number of housing units being built could also increase.
