Home Ministry issues guidelines for Lockdown 2.0

The Ministry of Home Affairs have issued guidelines for the second phase of the lockdown. There will be no air, rail or inter-state travel till May 3, the guidelines say.On the movement of people during the lockdown, the government has said that those dealing with an emergency will be allowed to step out of their homes.
