Home-Made Beetroot Halwa (Beetroot Pudding) By Seema

Beetroot Halwa is a delicious Indian sweet. It is easy to prepare and tastes great. Even those who hate beetroots will love this delicious halwa.

Ingredients:
1 kg beetroot (peeled and grated)
300g of sugar
3 ladles of pure ghee (clarified butter)
Almonds
Pista powder (Pistachio powder)
Flaked almonds (for garnishing)
Elaichi powder (cardamom powder)
1 liter milk
