Home from Home - Episode 2

In this episode Bryn is in the Gúti Forest in northern Hajdú-Bihar. It's rutting season for the stags that live in this managed woodland, and hunting season for the people that visit. As well as seeing the deer in their natural habitat and learning about forestry, Bryn tries cooking a local venison speciality.

In this new series, English volunteer Bryn Watkins explores the Hajdú-Bihar and Bihor regions of Hungary and Romania, learning about the culture, nature and food of the area. With versions in English, Hungarian and Romanian, the series will be shown on local TV networks across the region from late 2011.
