Tom Cruise won a victory in court today after a lawsuit against him was dismissed. A former tabloid magazine editor accused the actor of wire-tapping him more than a decade ago but waited until 2009 to file the suit so a judge ruled that the statute of limitations had expired.

Selena Gomez said she made her ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber cry. David Letterman brought up the actress's ex on his show, saying he had once made the pop star cry to which Selena responded "That makes two of us" earning applause and laughter from the studio audience.

Keyshia Cole slammed Beyonce's new single Bow Down/I Been On via Twitter. Keyshia called Beyonce "self-righteous" and seemed to accuse the singer of hypocrisy however her criticism infuriated many of Beyonce's fans who hit Keyshia with a barrage of angry messages.
