Hockey - Short handle hit

Greetings Everybody!

Welcome to learning hockey with Jude Felix Sebastian.

Today, we learn how to perfect the short handle hit.

Ideally, the stick should be right behind the ball with your knees bent slightly.

Your shoulders must face the target with your feet shoulder width apart.

As for the grip, form a U shape using your thumb and index finger and grip the handle rather firm.
