Hockey - Long shot technique

Today, we talk about hitting the ball – be it a lob or a long pass.

The grip in this case is very important – keep your hands close to each other.

Ensure that the thumb on your right hand and the index finger forms a U shape.

This gives you a better feel of the stick including the direction of your shot.
