Welcome to Learning Hockey with Jude Felix Sebastian.

In this edition, we learn how to dribble – tricky but important.

For a quick check, place the stick at 90° with your forehead touching the top of the stick.

Thie helps you check the position of the ball.

Now, the four stages of dribbling in hockey.

Place the stick right next to the ball and turn the stick, first with the tip touching the ground and then facing the sky.
